Will My Insurance Pay For My Treatment?
Many times it will. We are preferred providers for Regence Blueshield of Washington and Oregon. We are also providers for Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. We accept car insurance PIP. Generally, in order for insurance to pay for our service you need a Doctor's referral. If your plan says you do not need a referral, we still need a prescription from your Doctor in order to bill insurance for you. Check with your Human Resource Department at work or directly with your insurance company to find out if your plan has Massage Therapy benefits. Make sure it covers services given by a Licensed Massage Therapist. Be sure to ask about "out of network benefits." We will be happy to help you with this.
How Often, or How Many Times Will I Need to Come In?
Together, we will determine a treatment plan that best meets your needs. Most clients start out with one or two appointments per week, decreasing in frequency as improvement happens. Acute conditions tend to resolve quickly, while chronic conditions may require more frequency. Your body takes time to adjust, heal, and stabilize, so it is important to give yourself adequate time for gains to become well established.
